How to become an AI Delegate

A simple 30-day plan

1. Week 1: pick one task you already do well, like inbox sorting or post captions, and do it with an AI assistant. Compare the time and quality.
2. Week 2: write a reusable brief for that task, with the client's tone and three good examples.
3. Week 3: add a checking step: a short list of what you verify before anything goes out.
4. Week 4: turn it into a portfolio project: the task, the tools, your checks and the time saved.

Be honest about AI

Tell clients which parts AI helps with and which parts you check yourself. Never paste private client data into a tool the client has not approved. Trust is the reason businesses hire a person to run AI instead of running it alone.
